Privacy policy

Company Sociálna poisťovňa based in Ul. 29. augusta č. 8, 813 63 Bratislava 1 may, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), process the personal data I have entered and the device used (MAC address, operating system, browser, language setting). The use of personal data is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 and the applicable laws and privacy policies of Sociálna poisťovňa.

Under the principles of EU Regulation 2016/679, I have the right to cancel my consent whenever I appeal. The appeal can be made by email sent to no-reply@socpoist.sk. Within the rights of entities under the GDPR, it is also possible to request information on the before mentioned e-mail, which personal data are being processed, to request updating of personal data and also to correct personal data. 

Sociálna poisťovňa, as a personal data controller, will process personal data only to the extent of provided consent. Revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its removal. Revocation of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data that Sociálna poisťovňa processed on the basis of a legal basis other than consent.

Sociálna poisťovňa maintains administrative, technical and physical means to ensure the protection of personal data, to prevent their loss and abuse in accordance with GDPR. Only employees of Sociálna poisťovňa will have access to personal data as well as third persons, which execute for Sociálna poisťovňa commercial or marketing activities based on contracts, as well as data processors of personal data with which the processing agreement will be duly signed. All persons involved will be bound to protect the personal data and the rights associated with them.
